AFRICAN ALLIANCE FOR DEVELOPMENTAL ACTION is an NGO which is aimed at protecting natural resources in general and forest resources in particular against illegal exploitation. This will go a long way to improve on the local communities affected by these practices and therefore improve their living standards. AADA intends to achieve this by empowering the local communities through training on how to transform forest resources into other useful items and better their living standards.
AADA’s main mission is ” to encourage positive growth and alleviate poverty”. This will be done in both rural and urban areas by training local communities on the sustainable management and valorization of forest and plant resources. valorization here means to train them on how to transform forest and plant resources into other useful economic materials and generate income.
